Settle into this perfectly secluded clean and cozy cabin for four to enjoy a relaxing mountain getaway!

Hidden away in the beautiful California forest, this cozy rental is an ideal haven for a serene escape to spend quality time with loved ones while still being close to the main hub of Idyllwild. With wildlife for neighbors and the sound of wind through the trees, this cabin's surroundings are welcoming to all.

With knotted wood walls and ceilings creating a comfortable cabin atmosphere, your family or group of friends is sure to feel right at home in no time.

Settle into the sofas in the living room and warm your toes by the wood fireplace. Delve into a good book on a cool afternoon, and spend quiet nights watching movies on the TV (cable and a DVD player attached). Turn on some tunes using the stereo beneath the TV while you work on a jigsaw puzzle or play a board game as a group. Plus, WiFi is included so you can easily post pictures and check directions for the next day's activities.

Everything from major appliances like a refrigerator and oven to small appliances such as a microwave and coffeemaker are included in the kitchen. With two stools, the counter bar is ideal for a quick snack, though it also makes a great spot for buffet-style meals. More seating can be found around the dining table for four and out on the back deck after grilling your dinner on the gas BBQ.

With two welcoming bedrooms, all guests can rest well each night. A queen bed is featured in one bedroom, while the second houses two twin-size beds. And the full bathroom with its tub/shower combo is great for travelers of all ages to keep fresh and clean.

Bird watchers will love spotting woodpeckers making their home in the nearby forest from the back deck. Watch for the White-headed Woodpeckers, Mountain Chickadees, Pygmy Nuthatches and much more. Deer often visit the cabin in the Spring. Numerous national forests hiking trails and climbing peaks are a half mile away to explore nature by foot. There's even a seasonal creek running close by for splashing and playing, or just capturing the beauty in a photo.

Take the family out for a delicious meal at Gastrognome, less than a mile away, after a day of browsing art galleries, shopping local boutiques, and maybe even seeing a show at the movie theater. Try breakfast at Jan's or at the Mile High Cafe.

This would be a great rental for the popular Idyllwild Jazz in the Pines Festival in August.

Everything you will need is at this cabin and it was a perfect Thanksgiving get away for our family with 2 teenage daughters. Great location with wonderful woodland views from the deck with tons of wildlife.

We have stayed in a few different locations in Idyllwild and this is by far our favorite. It is so cozy and calming with warm wood walls and big windows that open to a forested backyard. The backyard setting is full of trees and animals that my family and I enjoy engaging with. It always feel like a truly refreshing getaway!

Very clean and peaceful cabin in Idyllwild. Close to Humber park and city of Idyllwild, so shopping, hiking, climbing all just a few minutes away. Nice big deck in the back with wooded view and backyard. We will stay here again when going to Idyllwild for the weekend or longer
